Become a Tenant

The Garrett Information Enterprise Center is always recruiting small information intensive and dependent businesses. Examples of the types of companies being recruited include computer hardware companies, software development businesses, graphic artists and desktop publishers, system integrators, related service businesses, consultant firms, and other similar small businesses.

We anticipate that these businesses will be start-ups or satellite operations that are part of larger businesses. Start-up companies considered for occupancy should be legally organized and generally show sufficient funds to support the efforts of the enterprise for at least one year.
